Everyone has the power within them to make healthy choices and live an authentic life, but it can be hard to know where to start or where to turn for advice. People often lack will power, support, and accurate information. My job is to support you on your journey into wellness.
Many wellness coaches emphasize weight loss, but my goal is to help you achieve total health in every aspect of your life. And not for superficial reasons, but so that you can be around in a healthy body for your children and grandchildren.
Weight loss can be achieved in unhealthy ways, but my belief is that your body will be at the right weight for you when you are living the right life. Health looks different on everyone, and too often women are told we need to lose weight just to look good. Far more important is being healthy in every aspect of our lives so that it will be a life well-spent. I have helped myself and many others reach their health goals, and I can help you, too!
